AmongOS Explorer

This game was made in 24H for the hackSussex 2024 Hackathon.

What it does

it is a simple and fun game where player kill enemies gain some level and see how long they can last

How we built it

we built it using godot and its built in language gdscript

Challenges we ran into

learning custom textures and tilesets for godot ui, sleep deprivation

Accomplishments that we're proud of

the art, and the ability system are both quite good and praise worthy, a full soundtrack too!

What we learned

learned more about game development team assignment.

What's next for the team

maybe building on the idea to make a more polished and more complex product
